Blessed Little Bungalow Has Been A Storyteller From Day One
When designing spaces, there's so much more to the story than just beautiful Before and After photos! Ready to see more behind the scenes of Team BLB's client projects and decorating tips from Amber? Check out the latest from the designer's blog below:
KBIS with Pfister Faucets
A few months ago, Pfister Faucets asked if I’d be interested in designing a vignette for their 2025 Kitchen & Bath International Show (KBIS) booth. As this is an international show attended by over 100,000 people, I was ecstatic and couldn’t wait to put some magic together for them!
Love Lives Here
Life can really come at you fast, but for my new clients, a big wedding, bigger move, and new beautiful home all escalated pretty quickly!
Real Simple Home - The Laundry Lounge
Back in February, I was invited to be apart of Real Simple Magazine’s 7th annual Real Simple Home showhouse! *insert excited scream here* This year’s home was a historic brownstone in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, and I couldn’t be more excited about the opportunity!
Stylez by Roz
When I moved back to Atlanta 3 years ago, one of the first things on my to-do list was to find a new natural hair stylist for my curls. One of my good friends immediately recommended Stylez by Roz and I’ve been in love with her ever since!
Nephews' Bedroom Makeover
Earlier this spring, I teamed up with my friends at The Home Depot to give my nephew’s bedroom a fresh new look!
Westside Best Side
The west side of Atlanta has become such a hot spot for new construction and growing residential communities attracting Millennials, Gen Z, and young families looking to plant roots without being too far from the city. With several BLB clients in this area, I was excited to help a young couple building a new townhome on the “best side” of town.
Grand Finale
There are many benefits to 3D and realistic renderings, especially for interior designers. I was excited to partner with YouSee 3D Rendering Studio to bring one of my 2023 design projects to life.
Homeworthy House Tour
Hi BLB friends! Exciting news! The house tour I filmed with Homeworthy last year is now live!
Color Purple
Last year, I had the opportunity to design my FIRST in-home theater and media room for a very special family in my favorite hue - the color PURPLE.
Casita de Colores
This time last year, I was reunited with a former coworker and new BLB client as she sought my help in making her new condo in the heart of Atlanta a more colorful and culture-filled home.
Mood Forever
As a first-time homebuyer and new homeowner, Lauren was excited to find a renovated cottage in the heart of Atlanta to plant roots. However, the house needed some color, personality, and a little buzz-worthy flavor, inspired by her favorite artist, Beyoncé.
Blessed Little Bungalow x Mitchell Black
I’m so incredibly proud to share that I’ve partnered with Mitchell Black to launch Blessed Little Bungalow’s FIRST wallpaper collection!
Make It Mine
Back in the spring, I had the honor of designing a Brookdale Living resident, Betty Moore’s home at Brookdale Living, an assisted and independent living community in Newnan, Georgia.
Black MOMA
Have you ever visited the MoMA – The Museum of Modern Art? It’s likely one of the most visited spaces in the US for art, creativity, culture, and source of inspiration and thought. Now imagine – What if you could curate your own art collection so your home felt like the MoMA?
Black Renaissance
New construction can be daunting, especially those with long, open floor plans. So my client sought out BLB’s help to make her new home one she could be proud of!
Style & Grace
Last spring, I was hired by a new client that was excited about her recent move to Atlanta and purchase of a new construction home to start the next phase of her career and life. I was thrilled to help her add some character and charm in every space.
Be Rooted HQ
When Jasmin Foster of Be Rooted reached out to Blessed Little Bungalow about helping her with her new commercial space…. My first reaction: I fangirled a bit. My second reaction: I know the perfect partner (Room & Board) to bring the space to life!
Varsity Blues
Convertible cribs are meant to transition from crib to toddler bed to full-size bed, growing with the child that occupies it. But even if that soon-to-be 16 year old can still use it and the rest of the 5-piece set, it might be time for a change.
Coastal Chic
Last year, my dear friend and line sister reached out to me about helping her tackle her upstairs flex space. This is a room that many find challenging to design, so I couldn’t wait get started!
